Tesla unveiled its latest Model 3 flagship last night. Tesla says the new model 3 will go more than 215 miles per charge. The base price of the model 3 will be $35,000. The price will go higher when options are added.  Although this car will not be available until late 2017 or mid 2018, people lined-up and paid $1000 deposit to reserve one.

Here are the reasons why you want to buy this new Tesla model 3 if you live in California.

1. The state of California will give $7500 incentive towards this electric car.
2. There is another $2500 incentive from the Federal Government.
3. The range on this model 3 is 215 miles.
4. The gas prices will eventually go up. In California the oil companies still practice gas gauging, and the price of a gallon of gas is doubled than the national average. 
5. You still get the single rider carpool incentive if you purchase one early before the 20,000 state limit gets applied.
