Samsung's Galaxy S7 pre-order sale has been a great success according to Samsung. The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge were announced in mobile world congress in Barcelona Spain on Feb 21 of this year. The units will officially go on sale on March 11. Samsung included a free Gear VR along with 6 free VR games as part of the Galaxy S7 promotion.The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge were major improvements in terms of what Samsung customers wanted, a micro-sd slot and better battery power. Samsung not only listened to its customers and loyalists, but it also impressed many customers with the improved camera and complete water proofing of the smart phones. This year might be a great journey for Samsung in terms of sales as the initial reviews of Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are very positive. We have looked at these units and got to admit, the Galaxy S7 Edge is one beautiful handset. You have to go and look at one, even if you are not a Samsung fan. Samsung might be on the right path to recover from 2 years losses to its competition. We may not know the actual success of the Galaxy S7 line up until late summer, but the initial outlook from Samsung looks very promising.
