The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a phone full of features, and one of its features is allowing you to print your files or pictures directly from your phone. The requirement is that you need to have a WiFi enabled printer. Also you need to download your printer's relevant plug-in software from the Playstore. Below are simple steps guiding you to install your printer software and then configure your printer so you can print your files and photos directly from your phone.

1) Go to the settings menu on your Galaxy S5 and scroll down until you see the printing icon.

2) Once you tap on the printing icon you will see the general printing screen with two default printer plug-ins (HP and Samsung). The best thing would be to install your printers plug-in from Playstore, Therefore tap on the + sign at the bottom.

3) Once you tap on the + sign you will be directed to the page below.

 4) Find your printer plug-in software from the list  (at TheTechDigit, we use Epson Workforce 845 as our color printer) and install it on your phone. Once installed, your software should guide you through selecting and searching for your printer. (Note: please make sure your printer is ON and you have connected your phone to your WiFi, otherwise your software may not be able to locate your printer).

 5) Once your printer has been identified by your phone, then you are ready to print your documents or photos.

 6) In your printer software select the file or the photo you are trying to print and with your finger tap on the print button and now you have printed your photo directly from your phone.
