Google has started rolling out the official Android KitKat v4.4 update for the Nexus 4 users in India. While the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 tablets have already received the update earlier, it was little bit surprising that the Nexus 4 smartphone had to wait longer. The update with build number KRT16S is available with an OTA update.
As always the update is happens in different parts of phases, while some have started receiving the update, the others are yet to receive it. So the Android v4 user needs to check for any new updates available in the Settings menu. The update would add a host of new features unveiled in the Android v4.4 which include an improved Google Now interface, message integration with Hangouts.
Most People having android 2.3(Gingerbread) still waiting for next updates.They wanted to switch atleast to android version 4.0 (Jelly Bean)
