Facebook is looking for expanding itself in India.Facebook India is going to acquire an banglore based IT company Little Eye Labs , according to business standard .Little Eye Labs develops performance analysis and monitoring tools for Android app developers.The Indian Software Product Industry Round Table iSpirit is said to be facilitating the deal. iSPIRT is widely seen as a parallel to Indian software industry body Nasscom.
Little Eye labs was established in May 2012 by four Bangalore-based programme analysis geeks including Giridhar Murthy, Kumar Rangarajan, Lakshman Kakkirala and Satyam Kandula, who used to work for major tech firms.
Facebook obviously sees a big opportunity in the country, and buying a startup would be a good step toward increasing its presence in the country.There is around 82 millions monthly active indians on facebook .
